Do you accept refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once items leave our office we can not sell them to anyone else. However, we will work with you to make you happy, please contact us.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for all orders to ship. We process orders in the order that we recieve them. You will receive a e-mail confirming that your package was shipped along with a tracking number.

What are your hours?

Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 EST. We are closed on the weekends and holidays, but, are still processing orders.
If we are unable to answer the phone due to a high amount of orders, please leave a message and we will get back to you asap.

Can you rush orders?
